1. Deposit: A $300 non-refundable deposit is requested. The deposit helps cover promotional material, office expenses, and travel expenses. Dates will be held for only two weeks until we receive the confirmation and deposit in the mail. After two weeks the dates become available again.
2. Travel: Usually we don’t require a travel fee, but with the rising cost of fuel you might be asked to help with travel expenses. Especially one day events.
3. Offering/Honorarium: Because The Tumbleweed Gang is a children’s ministry and children don’t usually have the means to support a ministry such as ours, you might want to consider some financial suggestions. If cost is a problem we will be more that happy to work with you. on a price you can afford.
